Students, today is the last full day of school. Tomorrow and Thursday we dismiss at 2:20 due to parent-teacher conferences. There is no school on Friday due to Fall Break. With that being said, the 2nd quarter has now started. Please make sure you are completing all assignments so you can get off to a strong start for the new quarter.
Warm feet mean warm hearts....Don't forget to bring in your new adult socks to donate and win a cookie cake for your enrichment class. Currently Mrs. Thames enrichment is in 1st place!
Students that are in the Geography Club please note that the Geography Club will not be meeting this week.
Congratulations to Ms. Broaddus and some of our Chorus students. We had quite a few students selected to the ILMEA All District Chorus. This is quite an accomplishment! Congratulations to Ansleigh Cornell, Makayla Evans, Bradley Fields, Evan Killian, Xavier Moore, Grace Steidinger, Mike Volker, and Kelsey Whitehouse. These students will perform in the All District Chorus in November.
Good luck to our girls basketball teams as they travel to Prairie Central tonight.
We would like for all students to do their check-in during the 1st hour. This helps make sure that Mrs. V and Mrs. J can get to anyone who wants a check-in throughout the day.
Also students, please make sure that your cellphones are off and stored in your locker and please be sure to sign up for hot lunch.
