Students, yearbook cover designs are due Friday, October 14th. Stop to get the paper for your design from Ms. Ferguson in the library.
All GCMS students and families are invited to attend the Falcon Family Pre-game Celebration 2022. The fun activities take place this Friday, October 7th from 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. at the high school practice field before the football game. Participants who sign-in will also receive a free book at a later date. This activity is organized by the Title I team.
We have an announcement from one of your Red Crush captains, Brilee Little. Hello, red crush invites you to the girls home basketball game tonight against Lexington. The 7th grade team begins at 5:30 and the 8th grade game will follow. The theme for tonight’s game is Mr. Berry night. We hope to see you there.
Students, as you all know this Friday we dismiss school at 11:30. Friday will also be a small group day. You will meet with your small group from 11:00-11:30 on Friday.
Sign-ups for 6/7/8 boys basketball are on the counter in the office. Any boys interested in going out for basketball should sign up and take an informational packet. Tryouts begin Mon. Oct. 17. See Coach Berry if you have any questions.
We would like for all students to do their check-in during the 1st hour. This helps make sure that Mrs. V and Mrs. J can get to anyone who wants a check-in throughout the day.
Also students, please make sure that your cellphones are off and stored in your locker and please be sure to sign up for hot lunch.
