MS Softball and Baseball Families,
Middle School Softball and Baseball seasons are coming soon. Softball tryouts are set to begin on Mon. July 25 from 4:00-5:30PM at the High School Softball field. Baseball tryouts are set to begin on Mon. Aug. 1 from 9-11AM at the Middle School Baseball field. All athletes must have their required paperwork turned in prior to trying out. This includes:
-GCMS Athletic Insurance Verification Form
-GCMS Concussion Information Form
-IESA/IHSA Physical Exam Form (must be signed by a doctor)
-proof of insurance (copy of insurance card or letter from insurance company)
-GCMS District Parent/Fan Expectations
No one will be allowed to participate unless all of their paperwork has been submitted. All forms are available on the DOCS/FORMS section of the GCMS Website and as an added feature, many can now be filled out online and emailed. Please email completed forms to Mark Berry at the address below. Paper copies of the paperwork packet are available in the green tub outside the office entrance at the Middle School. Paperwork not submitted online can be turned in at the parent meeting or on the first day of tryouts.
