The following Middle School Track athletes earned medals at the IESA Class 2A State Track and Field Meet this past weekend in East Peoria:
Lilyan Sizemore, Kate McCall, Makayla Evans, Josie Kleist, (Brilee Little- alt)- 7th girls 4x200m relay . 5th in state
Cameron Hitchcock, Brayden Bradbury, Trent Wetherell, Jacob Chase, (Mason Doman- alt)- 8th boys 4x200m relay . 3rd in state
Easton Stroh, Conner Kinzinger, Logan Ward, Cameron Hitchcock, (Ely Harden- alt)- 8th boys 4x 400m relay . 7th in state.
Evan Landers-Kristensen- 7th boys 800m run . 2nd in state
Jacob Chase- 8th boys 100m dash . 3rd in state
Jacob Chase- 8th boys 200m dash . 7th in state
Trent Wetherell- 8th boys 110m hurdles . 6th in state
And, our STATE CHAMPIONS:
Lilyan Sizemore- 7th girls 400m dash . 1st in state
Easton Stroh- 8th boys high jump . 1st in state
