MS Softball and Baseball Families,
Middle School Softball and Baseball seasons are coming soon. Softball tryouts are set to begin on Mon. July 26 from 4:00-5:30PM at the High School Softball field. Baseball tryouts are set to begin on Mon. Aug. 2 from 9-11AM at the Middle School Baseball field. All athletes must have their required paperwork turned in prior to trying out. This includes:
-GCMS Athletic Insurance Verification Form
-GCMS Concussion Information Form
-IESA/IHSA Physical Exam Form (must be signed by a doctor)
-2021-22 District COVID Permission form for athletics
-proof of insurance (copy of insurance card or letter from insurance company)
No one will be allowed to participate unless all of their paperwork has been submitted. All forms are available on the DOCS/FORMS section of the GCMS Website and as an added feature, many can now be filled out online and emailed to the coaches.

COVID Info- At this time, masks are not required for tryouts/practice and competition. We do ask that all athletes provide their own drinks for tryouts/practices and games.
