Congratulations to our volleyball teams. Last night they had their last regular season home matches against Blue Ridge. Both teams won!
Good luck to our 7th grade volleyball team. They begin regional play tomorrow morning at 11:00 against Westville. The regional matches are being played at St. Joe Middle School.
Good luck to our wrestling team. Their regionals also take place tomorrow morning at Monticello. Matches start at 9:00AM.
Band students: Remember to take your instrument & music home today so you have them for Sunday's concert.
Margaret Peterson Haddix announcement: students as you know we have a famous author visiting us on March 5. We will have an assembly where all of you can meet her and learn about how she became an author. That evening we will host a family night where you can bring your family to meet her. The first 100 students that arrive at the family night will receive a free book that Margaret Peterson Haddix will sign for you.
Students, please note that the Rebecca Caudill reading challenge will be done next week. So if you are currently reading one of those books please be sure to get them finished up soon.
6th and 7th grade boys interested in basketball intramurals should pick up an info packet on the counter in the office. Boys basketball intramurals begin on Mon. Feb. 26. See Coach Dinkins or Coach Berry if you have any questions.
Also students, please make sure that your cellphones are off and stored in your locker. If you are eating school lunch today and have not signed up yet please do so now.
