Social-Emotional Support

Your mental health is important to your academic and future success. Some of the ways you can help take care of your mental health needs are: healthy diet, exercise, plenty of sleep, social supports, and productive hobbies. If you do find yourself struggling mentally don't hesitate to come to the school counseling office to get support.


Small Groups

We will be looking to launch some short-term small groups this school year. If you are interested please email Mr. Carter or stop by the school counseling office for more information. Below is a current list of small group topics, but we do take recommendations as well.
